Zimbabwe Plans to slaughter 200 Elephants to Feed Hungry People

As we all know that Zimbabwe is the country where elephants population is the most in the world. Means there are many elephants species and varities in Zimbabwe along with different colour. As per the latest news there is scarcity of the food in the few area of Zimbabwe due to drought. All eating crops have been destroyed and human life is getting very poor due to the food and water.

To keep the human life live for further years govt of Zimbabwe has decided to kill the 200 elephants. And their meat will be distributed to affected area to use this as food. These types steps was taken in 1988 to service the people of the Zimbabwe country.

This problem is coming last 40 years. The decision follows a similar in Namibia and 83 elephants was cut and meat was distributed among the communities. Southern Africa is the home of the elephants in the world and more than 200,000 elephants across Zimbabwe and other places.

The Zimbabwe only has more than 84000 elephants and this number is being increased and national parks are not able to manage their capacities so somewhere this decision was taken. Total national parks can manage max to max 55000 elephants not more than this.

This is not good approach to the Zimbabwe to kill the elephants. but this is the decision of the Zimbabwe govt.
