Bihar is the state of politics and culture in India. The CM of Bihar is the Chief executive of the Bihar State India. The capital of Bihar is Patana and most popular city and religious place in India. Gautam Budh lives related to the Bihar Gaya. As per the Indian Constitution chief minister of Bihar is the head of the Vidhan Sabha and appointed by the governor of Bihar.
The governor appoints the chief minister, whose council of ministers are collectively responsible to the assembly. Every cabinet minister is appointed by the chief minister of Bihar and the lead person of the Bihar and lead assemblies of Bihar India.
